THERAPUTIC APPROACH
The founder of Narrative Therapy, Michael White, used to say he can tell you about how he typically practices but could walk into the therapy office and do something very different than what he had just described. The way I work is very similar. I am well versed in many different therapy models at the doctoral level and am able to work with you to figure out which treatment path is likely to work best for your individual case.
If you would like me to work with you differently, the door is always open for you to tell me. The most important thing is that you are comfortable with your therapist and, if I'm not the therapist for you, I will help you find the right fit.
