4 Ethics & Suicide CEUs for those who work with or looking to work with transgender and gender non-conforming individuals in the behavioral healthcare world. Excellent opportunity for those looking to expand their cultural competency! Facilitated by Dr. Sarah Steelman, attendees can look forward to acquiring knowledge of ethical issues in working with transgender and gender non-conforming individuals in addition to a greater understanding of increased suicide risks and unique considerations to discuss prior to inpatient hospitalization. Course content will focus on WPATH (World Professional Association for Transgender Health) evidence-based Standards of Care. CEU Breakdown: 3 for ethics; 1 for suicide prevention awareness State of Nevada Board Approval: MFT/CPC, Social Work (LSW, LCSW, etc)
